For many of us, this is a time of uncertainty and anxiety. To help navigate these difficult days, I talk to journalist and educator Simran Sethi, who wrote a great piece in The New York Times called, “10 Ways to Ease Your Coronavirus Anxiety,” Simran says she wrote the story she wanted to read, and I’m so happy she did. Some of the important topics we discuss include putting the pandemic in perspective, refraining from playing the shame and blame game, helping others, and understanding how valuable what you do as a writer is in times of crisis.
